返金ポリシー

 

Order cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the eligibility requirements below.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@mucult.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and send clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns cannot be accepted for used products, opened products whose condition or value has been materially reduced, products damaged through customer misuse or negligence, or Limited Edition / Special Edition products where the product page specifically states that the item is final sale. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
