If You Meet the Buddha, Kill the Buddha

If you find a guidebook, put it down.

Beginning with our future tarot decks (with the exception of Dive to You Tarot), Mucult will intentionally include less written interpretation.

Some decks may contain only a few explanations.
Some may have no guidebook at all.
Some cards may not even include keywords.

We understand that guidebooks matter in the tarot market. Many readers prefer detailed interpretations, and decks with comprehensive guidebooks often sell better.

We know that.

But that's not the kind of tarot we want to create.

Why?

Because we believe the most important part of tarot isn't the guidebook.

It's intuition.

We've seen too many readers become trapped by a few paragraphs of explanationor worse, by a handful of keywords. Instead of truly seeing the card, they search for the "correct" interpretation.

But tarot was never meant to work that way.
A guidebook is only one person's perspective.
Keywords are only suggestions.

They are not the truth.

The real answer comes from your intuition.

Every reading is unique because every reader is unique.

Even choosing which keyword speaks to you in a given moment is an act of intuition.
At Mucult, we don't create guidebooks to give you the "right" answer.

We create decks that help you discover your own.

To us, intuition is freedom.
The opposite of intuition is limitation.

Our guidebooks are simply one possible interpretationnot the only interpretation.
The only thing we believe should never be ignored is your own intuition.

That's why every Mucult deck is designed to help you trust it, strengthen it, and draw it out.

Draw on your Intuition. Mucult.
